We are welcoming a new colleague in our Ljubljana office to join our Customer Support team. We have a great base of customers knowledgable about VR and we want to offer them the best possible experience. Do you follow hardware trends and are passionate about high-tech? THE JOB:

You will work to help customers of our VR video content streaming platform. Your primary task will revolve around solving any issues that may arise, but equally importantly, you will work hand-in-hand with our developers to help them constantly improve our product. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solve customer tickets via written channels in the English language
  • Managing, solving and escalating issues to other team members as necessary
  • Reproducing reported issues and reporting to the development team about potential bugs
  • Maintaining a knowledge base and FAQ section
  • Working with an omni-channel technical support system (Zendesk)
  • Working with a development team on testing new product features
  • Testing new gear and content that emerges on the market

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are highly organized, systematic and methodic with exceptional attention to detail
  • You are able to understand and explain technology concepts
  • You have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Android environment
  • You regularly update your knowledge on the development of computer hardware
  • You are an advanced web user (domains, certificates, protocols etc.)
  • Knowledge of VR is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Passion for new technologies
  • Education in a technical field is an advantage
